Your wellness vision A strong vision you hold for yourself and your dreams of where you would like to be, and what that would look like as if you are describing every detail of your life in this vision. Studies show that envisioning your goals can help improve the outcomes of accomplishing them.
Breaking beyond barriers Identifying what is keeping you from your goals, this may include journaling, note keeping and calling upon past experiences.
Calling upon strengths and values There is an important level of understanding of ourselves that needs to happen in order to grow! You will discover your character strengths as well as what you value or find important in your life. Both are major contributors to motivation.
Be your own advocate for change At the end of each session, you will feel empowered to make the small changes that will lead to lasting change. These sessions are not meant to fix whats wrong, or change who you are but bring out your best version of yourself! All of the goals we will set are S.M.A.R.T goals which will place the power of change in your hands to the most attainable, and realistic way.
Health and wellness advice Although most of the coaching will be empowering you to find your own path, there will be advice available including; exercise, nutrition, yoga, meditation, stress management, and more.
